I've enclosed an attachment outlining my thoughts on a possible partnership
agreement, on trade mark and also on potential names.
As far as licensing is concerenced, I think information should be free so our
software should be free, as should derived software. I guess it should be
available for commercial uses as well - since we would retain the right to
produce the ware, ie since no one can later take our ware, and then use claim
to have produced it. I also ask about the idea of cooperating with apple or
metaCard. Anyway, its a small file but please do read it because - as with
licensing - i do need to determine exactly what we want as far as the
partnership goes. Regarding licensing, i am ready to do the license, i.e. i
have all that i need, which is not the case for any partnership agreement to
be drawn up.
