We are to be an independent organisation.  I would not object if MetaCard,
Apple or any other company wanted to have representatives in our
organisation but we are not going to be their partners.  Basically though, I
think you have the same kind of licence in mind as we do, which is good to
see (though I haven't read your attachment yet, see above).
