Hi,
I did the DL manager. Make sure you have checked the appropriate
checkboxes and make sure you have arranged the files as described in the
docs (the pop-up field in the stack).
Else, I guess a clear description of what you set up how and what you did
to have the DL manager generate the pages would be appropriate.
