Uli: Alain, it'd be more convenient if a copy went to
the list, too. I don't have that much time to
frequently visit the web page, while I more often
check my e-mails.
Alain: I was assuming that we were proceeding as most
lists do (e.g. NO attachments allowed). The procedure
that I was proposing was an elegant alternative
because it doesn't burden the list with attachments,
yet allows anyone that is interested to download it
right away. It does not take into your concerns
though. So we may have to reconsider our position on
allowing attachments or not.
