Hi,
I recently went over a friend's business contract with a judge, and he
said that of course you have to clearly outline the things you will do
under contract, but that you should avoid getting too general in other
aspects, because if you have illegal clauses in your contract, they're
simply cut out, which might leave huge holes. So, Eric is of course right,
but we should be careful not to overdo it.
