 Sounds sensible to me. If the others agree?

 Wouldn't this water down the whole unanimity? Well, if it's a high hurdle
to climb (say, 75% or 2/3 or whatever) It should work. But the partners
should be excluded from a vote for such veto (that is, you're either a
partner *or* an associate, though in usual day-life the difference isn't
noticeable.

 I think it'd be smarter to limit the number of partners. They should be a
slim acting body. They have few rights associates don't also have. Say,
maximum 20 partners. That'd be enough for the main coordinators and a
well-sized UI team that needs to be partners so MC have someone to talk to.
More won't be needed right now, and if it is, we'll surely get an unanimous
vote to extend it.
