At runtime it is. However, if you just want to create a special syntax for
a certain function call, that's an easy
follow-the-step-by-step-instructions change.

Heck, this could even be done. But you'd still need to recompile. I might
deal with getting rid of the recompilation needs. But first I plan to get
out a working interpreter.
