Hi,

 We needn't distribute MFC. Every Windows programmer has it. It ships with
CodeWarrior for Windows, if you have access to a a pre-Pro5 CD-ROM (or a CW
for Windows CD) you can go check it. It's like Apple's Universal headers.
You aren't allowed to distribute it, but you needn't as every development
environment includes it or has a way of getting it.

 MFC is what the Toolbox still misses: A fully OOP framework around the API
calls shipping from the manufacturer.
