Well, I've got some results from people posting to my isp's ng. Results are:

        One OK -- IE, Windows
        One Not OK -- IE, v 5.01
        One Not OK -- unknown browser, different ISP tried, too.
                [must be JS -- only stopped working after 4 or 5 pages]

If Erol's is leaking, you can read the actual messages in
erols.general. Try a well-known news archiving service if you can't
read erols.general.

I will not repost the articles as erols.general is supposed to be an
internal forum.

Alain, you noted there might be load-order problems. Could it be that
at uqam, you're on ethernet, so the CGI-generated frame is nearly
guaranteed to load last?
