FC.cgi is unquestionably broken. I have tested this by dumping
every packet sent between my computer and your server.
The outgoing packets are correct. The incomming ones are
masacred. The only place for the massacre to occur is at the
router-level webcache my ISP is running, and your site is the
_only_ one with problems. In fact, your CGI is the only thing on
the web with problems! And were there other problems, they would
be known -- my ISP has over half a million users.
Chances are that your FC.cgi is spitting out nonsense headers.
I'd love to know why, as it obviously needs to be fixed. XXDATA
I can't
get the acutal headers your cgi is spitting, because I am behind
the cache. Therefore, you (or someone else) needs to do it for
me.
Would someone please telnet to telnet://giguere.dsc.uqam.ca:80
and type (exactly):
**** START HERE ****
POST /FreeCard/FC.cgi HTTP/1.0
Referer: http://giguere.dsc.uqam.ca/freecard/index.html
Connection: Keep-Alive
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.6 [en] (X11; Linux 2.2.14 ppc)

You should then get back a page and some headers. Please post
both. Also, anyone wanting the complete tcpdump should email me
at either address.
(Dang, I hope I typed that right!)
