[OCF] Disable call to PCSC Terminal

'Cos I use only GCR410, and I can't work with Ocfpcsc1.dll and Ocfpcscm.dll 'cos they can't find library Winscard.dll and Sctrm32.dll is there a way to disable the call to these file.

You know I can't use nor the demo progs.
