Davide, winscard.dll is part of PC/SC, I think, which you could download from Microsoft. sctrm32.dll comes with OCF. You just should make sure that you have both and both are in your path. If you are using GCR410, why don't you use the PureJava Terminal for the GCR410. You could find that one at Gemplus' Developer Site. A Link to it is on http://www.opencard.org/index-devices.html . You additionally need JavaX.Comm (Java Communication Package) which you get at Sun.
