Hi Pedro,
The status byte is either 01 or 00 specifying whether the file is enabled or
disabled. Are you using anyother value..???
File type coding is correct but you have to remember this that in case of
creating a fixed record or variable record file you have to pass 16 bytes
and not 17 bytes of data. Hope this will solve the problem.

Subject: [OCF] Cyberflex 16K
Greetings :)
I'm working (through OCF) with a Schlumberger Cyberflex 16K card.
However I'm having some doubts that their documentation can't seem to
resolve.
When creating a file, we have to pass 16 bytes of data. I know that the
6th byte corresponds to the file status. But the value that I put there
isn't the same that I the file has after it's created. Can anyone explain me
why and what's the meaning of the file status ?
Another thing is that the 5th byte represents the file type. The
documentation saids that the variable record file type is 0x19. However I
get an error when I try to create it. What are the correct codes for all the
file types ?
Thanks in advance,
Pedro Borges
