Hi,

I am very interested in using GemSAFE Cryptoki Interface, which provides smarcard-side cryptographic functions in my school-development work. My problem is which driver the Cryptoki module (w32pk2ig.dll) uses for comunicating with the card. This is a reall problem for me, becasue I made an OCF applet ond would like to use SSL3 (provided by the module), but I think it's impossible (how the module C functions and Java methods can deal with a smarcard reader ?).

My question is is it possible to write a plug-in that uses the driver library or a Windows NT service (Smart Card Resource Manager) that provides a interface with the user (PIN checking) and retrives some important data from  the card (eg database login) and pararelly use SSL3 functionality provided by a Netscape and the GemSAFE Cryptoki module (not to implement anything in the plug-in code)?

Please help me,

Waiting for a feedback,

Bartek.
