Dear All, I'm trying to use Schlumberger Cyberflex cards with Gemplus readers (primarily the GCR400) and having little success. When I use opencard or Gemplus software using the Gemplus API (such as WinGCR) I can get the ATR OK, but further exchanges result in a card mute error. However, when I use the same combination of reader & card but with PC/SC it works fine. This is most annoying. Has anyone had similar experience and managed to overcome this problem ? I suspect the Gemplus reader / software is decoding the ATR incorrectly and setting the parameters for guard time etc to unsuitable values. Unfortunately, I have to use the GCR400 as it is embedded in the target device. Any help much appreciated. If I figure out the solution I'll inform the list. Jon.
