Ironically I ran into this problem just yesterday, so I was about to post
the same message. However, I did a little digging and discovered that when
I ran the TestResMan utility (installed with the Reflex72 driver) and select
the Reflex 72 then try to do a Card Connect with Protocol Type "T0 | T1"
selected, I saw the same error. Why this is the case, I have no idea! Does
anyone know the answer to this? However, if I select T0 for the protocol
type, TestResMan is able to talk to the card. Actually, when I select T1
only I get an error code of 32 (hex) which I believe translates to
ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED which must mean that this protocol type isn't supported
by the reader. Perhaps this is why T0 | T1 also fails, but I don't
understand why that would be.
Anyway, I modified the "cardConnect" method in Pcsc10CardTerminal.java to
only pass the SCARD_PROTOCOL_T0 for the protocol. I compiled this file then
replaced it in reference-terminal-windows.jar and I now OCF works with my
Reflex 72!

Enjoy!

I can't get this to work, I am receiving an error 00000079 from the
SCardTransmit function in the Pcsc10 terminal.

Anyone have any ideas? This doesn't seem like a standard message (can't
find any errors like this in the winscard.h from M$).
