Tom, we would have to first do the complete model ourself. As I told you
before, we did about twenty or so models of the classes we focussed on in the
explanation. For our purpose of explaining the framework I still believe that
this was the more effective approach. Therefore there is no file that contains
the entire framework. If there is some quiet time over Christmas I can give it
a shot and see what happens, but with the list of tips I gave you, you might go
ahead already now.
