Hi!
When I create a transparent file with read binary/record access conditions
23 00 (protected by local key file with SFI 03), it seems that this
protection is ignored! At least I can read the file from GPK Pilot without
secure messaging.
My card does not have the personalization bit set, I don't know if that has
any relevance.
Any suggestions?
