Banksys has a POS (C-ZAM/SMASH http://www.banksys.com )device that runf
a Java VM they have also a developement environment for this multi
application terminal. I am not shure if also Ingenico (
http://www.ingenico.com/index.htm) provides Java enabled terminal's, but
they have demonstarted them during JavaONE last year allready. There is
also the STIP consortium that is defining Java API for small terminals
(http://www.stip.org).
