my german bank based HBCI card is definetly a smart card, it has a smart
card operating system (TCOS 2.0) with own set of APDU - mybe it is
possible to have a OCF acces to it ...  do i have seen a site with this,
don't i ...

but the smartcard feature is not not used for ATM operation, rather
magnetic stripe, which is not AFAIK OCFable :), is the target for the
moneytary operations.
