Thanks a lot for your reply.

Wwhat additional information should be expected out of ATR?  W hen I tried
a different SIM card in customer
 platform, except the historical characters other characters are same as
mentioned here.

Can you please detail me on what is meant by card personalization/ card
locked/module not working properly.? Does it mean that SIM card Interface
is not working properly or SIM card is having a problem.?

If SIM card is having problem, then when I tried other SIM card (working
in other mobile), should have given different ATR?
