#260: Regression: Green lines on Screen after changing VT's

Whenever i change to another VT and back to my X session (e.g. with
Strg+Alt+F1 Strg+Alt+F7) i get vertical green lines all over the screen.
See attached image for a hardware screenshot (camera).
This effect does not occur with svn revision <=592 and is present since
rev 594 (tested until rev 597). (Sorry, i didn't get rev 593 to
compile...)
I'm using a CX700.
Please tell me, what info you need to track this bug down.
I'm also happy to test your patches.
