Hi,

I have a VIA EX15000G Mini-ITX motherboard with integrated CX700M2
(UniChrome Pro II) graphics chipset running Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty). All
updates as of June 12 have been applied and the system is more or less
pristine (the only package explicitly added was the OpenSSH server).
Currently my Samsung 913T LCD monitor is working fine at 1280x1024 using DVI
output with VBEModes turned on.

I would like to switch to using the YCbCr component video outputs connected
to a Toshiba CX32H60 TV (NTSC), but have not yet found an xorg.conf
configuration that works. I have tried various settings as discussed here:
http://www.openchrome.org/trac/wiki/Configuration and here:
http://www.kingcot.eclipse.co.uk/unichrome/unichromeTvOut.html Currently if
I boot with the TV out settings, the system hangs (I am unable to SSH in or
switch virtual terminals - recovery mode is required to switch back to the
DVI output) and all I see is a blank screen. Both YCbCr and DVI output are
enabled in the BIOS settings.

Any advice or configuration recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Andrew
