Yes, most of the specs and header files are at the locations you pointed out. Both of these should be enough information for v0.9.2 version of the SAI. Mellanox has a reference SAI implementation (based on v0.9.1) here: https://github.com/Mellanox/SAI-Implementation. All of these are under the Apache 2.0 license. Are there any steps, processes, docs or anything else I need to look at? Also are there any reference implementations that are open sourced that I can look at?
