Howdy. As discussed during our project call on Monday, we'll be having a planning meeting on October 31 (late afternoon/early evening) to go over ideas on what we want to demonstrate during a networking tech day around summit.
Working with some vendors in the Bay Area, I haven't been able to secure a venue. So the first thing, that we should do is: * secure a venue (anyone have space for 75-100 folks) * find a sponsor for food and beverages * send out meeting invite and remote info Any takers for venue or sponsors? +--+ Carlos
