yesterday I recognized that my server was happy to delete all incoming mails over the weekend and started again to dig through the configuration files. As the used version of openprotect is a pretty current one, I had no clue how to solve this issue for hours. Finally I have found that the RBL infinite-monkey is supposed to be the problem. I just commented the entry "Infinite-Monkeys" in line 829 starting with "Spam List =" out. This solved my problem.
