[opendx-dev] New Control Panel Problem

I just noticed with my latest builds, a small problem. The first time 
you open a control panel with an Interactor, the Close and Help 
buttons are available at the bottom in the developers style. They 
should not be there. Rick, I'm assuming that since you've been 
working near this part of the code, that it might be you? Any ideas? 
These two buttons should only appear after the dialog style has been 
changed.
