[opendx-dev] Unresolved functions in callmodules of dx-4.0.10 libraries

I have tried to compile  Simple.c from callmodule directory of
dxsamples-4.0.8 with dx-4.0.10.
The following  functions are not resolved,

   DXInitModules
   DXRegisterInputHandler
   DXModSetStringInput
   DXModSetObjectOutput
   DXCallModule
   DXModSetObjectInput
   DXModSetFloatInput
   DXReference
   DXDelete
   DXCheckRIH
