Where can I find a manual, book, web page, etc., that gives detailed descriptions of the input formats acceptable by OpenDX? The Tutorial and other documentation constantly refers to an appendix in the IBM User's Guide, but when our librarian contacted IBM to get a copy, the response was, "Not available." I found some information at http://www.cs.wpi.edu/Research/DataExplorer/tutorial/data.html, but it, too, says "You are encouraged to read more about the DX data format in the User's Guide starting on page B-3."
