It appears that > 60% of the people that have filled out the html
documentation choice have chosen the new design #2. To me, that's a
majority and I'd really like to start committing some of the changes
I'm making with that regard. Now is the time to speak up if you see
any kind of problem. I have redesigned it internally so it will
support text based browsers better and included the search to the
right of Index in the navigation bar at the top instead of at the
bottom as a text link.
If I don't hear anything, I will start committing this afternoon.
