Gregory D Abram:
 |There's something still funky about building building w/out javadx I have
 |valid javac and jar, so it goes ahead and tries to build javadx, but I
 |don't have some netscape stuff, and so it fails.

I think this'd been a problem for a while. I first noticed it when trying
the JavaDX stuff last month. I'd been building in JavaDX all along (or so
I'd thought), but it didn't work.

Turns out, the DX build had been breezing through javac failures without
stopping, which is why my JavaDX was broken. My 4/23
dx/src/uipp/java/Makefile.am checkin fixed that, so now the build fails.

configuring --without-javadx will bypass. However, perhaps configure
should be doing more checking than it is before switching on JavaDX by
default, or requiring --with-javadx to turn it on.
