There's a feature in the "File->Recent Programs" that I find very confusing.
When I have two projects, both with networks name "myProject.net", but one in
/home/lahaye/tmp and the other in /home/lahaye/OpenDX/, the "File->Recent
Programs"
either shows:
myProject.net
/home/lahaye/tmp/myProject.net
or
myProject.net
/home/lahaye/OpenDX/myProject.net
I find this stripping vs. non-stripping of pathnames too confusing.
Therefore I suggest one of following options instead:
1) ALWAYS show the full path.
(this is the style of Nedit's "Open Previous" menu entries)
2) if a filename appears more than once in the list, then show the full path of
all those entries with the same filename.
