There is nothing special to setup for NT/Cygwin.

I think it is unable to conect to server.

BTW, how did you compile it? Use GCC which came with Cygwin? If so,
there may be cygwin1.dll compability issue.

In future, I will base Cygwin relase ONLY on Cygwin 1.0 CD Release.
This is to use a uniform product instead of Net relases which are
meant
for Developers.  Second Cygwin 1.0 CD Release allow to use Cygwin
with
Open Source Product without affecting their licenses.
