[opendx-users] Message Window always 'sticky' and 'on-top' ??

Hello,

I'm running OpenDX for Linux Version 4.0.10 (March 14 2000).

The Message Window (from the VPE) is always 'sticky' and 'on-top'.
Is this intentionally?
