Rob,
Whenever an error occurs, the message window will be back ontop. If
you iconize it, it should stay down.

Hello,
I'm running OpenDX for Linux Version 4.0.10 (March 14 2000).
The Message Window (from the VPE) is always 'sticky' and 'on-top'.
Is this intentionally?
