Are each of the lines in separate data files? If the the x, y, z,
data value is in linear order in the file and each file is separate,
it would be quite easy to import these. Even easier if the number of
points was in a header line at the top of the file.

Thanks for the reply, I have x,y,value data sets, and
connection data for the individual points (they can be
thought of as line elements).
