This is a known problem. Until the shared memory code is written for
Linux, multiprocessing will not be available.

Hello opendx-users,
I've tried to run OpenDX on PC with to processors but it only uses
one(i'm getting using 1 processor out of two requested)
What i need to build OpenDx in SMP configuration

but looks like RedHat 6.1 don't have neither sys/sysmp.h, nor sysmp()
function in libraries
it has smp.h and smplock.h
