DX users,
I've installed the binary for AIX 4.2 based on OpenDX 4.1.0 on our
IBM cluster which is at AIX 4.3.
If I edit or execute a dx.net (previously built with DX 3.1.4), I
have no problems. All control panels display OK and the network
executes OK. However, if I dx dx.net -menubar [-execute] (which just
brings up the menu bar and a user interface control panel ), I get
the following error (after a partial control
panel is displayed and then closed):
Starting DX user interface
Error: widget class XmSlideBar has invalid CompositeClassExtension record
This seems to indicate that -menubar option fails to initialize something in
the Motif library.
If anyone has a clue to what's wrong, I would appreciate your help.
