For users who do not want to spend $$$$ on Microsoft compilers purpose Cygwin/GCC compiled binaries were the best. Beside you, a couple of other users prefered Cygwin over MSVC compiled binaries. Majority of Windows users (particularly Exceed users) prefered MSVC compiled binaries. We may have to maintain both, i.e.Cygwin and MSVC. To answer your question. No I have not. I did played a while ago with Chemistry Modules with Cygwin compiled binaries and loadable modules were working. Which version of Cygwin are you using? > Is there anyone on this list who can confirm that they can compile an > outboard > module using Cygwin 1.1.0 and it loaded by either MSVC version OpendDX 4.1.1 > or > cygwin version OpenDX 4.0.9? > > Thanks for all your work Suhaib in getting OpendDX going on Windows.
