Well, this is the exact problem David Thompson was having when he first tested OpenDX for Windows/Exceed. This because some rouge software on your PC replaced the default MSVCRT.DLL with its crapy msvcrt.dll. Some lousey software installer replace windows default dlls without checking version number and date, this causes other applications wheich were linked with msvcrt.dll (Mcirosoft run time library) to return dll initialization errors. Your only best is to go to http://msdn.microsoft.com and search their knowledge database on how to fix it.
