People have had a lot of trouble getting the "tutorial" program to run. However, the same info is in the html docs, plus some newer more correct info. I taught an online course last year and went through both (my tutorial works) in preparation and found the tutorial to be more trouble than it was worth (having to explain all the errors and out of date stuff in it). So just do the html version.
