You don't want to hook it up to the Tube's diameter input. You want
to hook the Import to the line input of Tube and set the diameter to
a number to produce the correct size you want.
Shameless Plug:
What you really need is to understand how the OpenDX data flow model
works in conjunction with the modules. If you want to take the time
to really learn OpenDX, VIS, Inc. is now offering our OpenDX book
"Paths to Visualization" that can show you how visualization with
OpenDX works. The eBooks are currently available and the print
versions will be available when printing is done.

Dear OpenDX users,
I would like to display the polylines from the Polylines.dx example
with different diameters (like in the RubberTube example).
Do I need more than just Import, AutoColor, Tube and Image to perform this
task?
If I introduce a Rubbersheet, I get the following error:
"Invalid data: Invalid data depency: polylines"
If I connect the Import output to the Tube diameter, I get a message "bad
tube diameter"
Thank You
Steffen
