I'm sorry about this message as my solution is probably very easy and I'm most likely being a bit dim, but.... I'm stuck with my dissertation! I'm meant to be using opendx to create 3D images of DNA structures when I input the gene sequence (eg CGTA), and I basically don't even know where to start! For example, I need to adapt the source code and I'm not even 100% sure what language I'm meant to be using (Java/C++???). I would be VERY grateful for any suggestions anyone may have as I am VERY VERY stressed and feel like ripping my hair out before jumping into the River Tyne! Thank you all very much in advance.
