Here's an easy data importing question, to which I don't seem to be able
to find the answer. I have a file that defines a grid, its origin and
deltas (say it's N1xN2xN3 in size). The number of grid elements is
arbitrary, but it is present in the data file, and thus one could use
the "grid" keyword. However, I don't know (and can't find anywhere) how
you can provide the starting and delta positions. In the dxsamples-4.0
package, there is a file that is similar to mine, in
$DXSAMPLES_DIR/data/griddeddata.data. It looks as if it's unused (?)
