[opendx-users] Unable to install samples for RH 7.1

I've installed OpenDX 4.1.3-2 i386 and it is working.  However, the
installation of opendx-samples-4.1.3-1.noarch.rpm  keeps failing. What
am I doing wrong and what else is needed?
