You need hdf 4 installed. hdf4 and hdf5 are completely different
beasts and our import modules are only supporting hdf4. You get it
from the same place you'd get hdf 5. Look at the Developer section at
opendx.org.

Can anyone please tell me where to get the code which would satisfy
the import_hdf.c module in dxmods. I have libMagick.so.5.0.27,
libhdf5.so.0.0.0, libcdf.so, and libnetcdf.a.
I am missing the references to all calls that begin with `DFS' like
'DFSDgetdimscale'.
