Can you be more specific as to the "errors"? What kind of geometry are you rendering? Do you have any coincident objects? If so, you may be seeing artifacts of overlap. You can assign priorities to coincident objects via Options (fuzz) to avoid this problem.

For instance, white dots appear all over the image. I found out that it help to change the 'width' of 'Camera' into a nice round value.
