Chris: Thanks for the suggestion about checking the point limit. I looked into that before posting my inquiry on the 30th. The problem I am experiencing has occurred even with streamlines which consist of only several hundred points. I also tried changing the step size parameter and saw no effect.

There is also a 25000 point limit on any line.
