Hello list, I am wondering how to display higher order finite element data with opendx. Say, a second order quadrilateral with 9 nodes. What are the options? The "quads" element of opendx is a 4 node quadrilateral with continuous interpolation. Is splitting a 9-node quadrilateral into four 4-node the only option? Similarly, the discontinuous version, that is the data dependency on "connections", only allows one value per cell. What if I am using a linear interpolating function with 3 values per cell? Any inputs appreciated. Thanks,
