Title: Re: [opendx-users] Windows rabbiticity
Apparently this feature has been on around for DX on Windows for a while. I see this behavior with an old version (4.1.1) on an NT machine with 1.5 GB RAM. I just chalked it up to having an old version that couldn't handle more than a 1024 MB. It wasn't critical for my applications on that machine and I run bigger DX jobs on Unix machines with a lot more memory.

Yes, I found it somewhat odd that the maximum memory that I can start openDX with is about 1250. It simply refuses to start the server with more than that indicated. I have 2000 nominally. I did try 1500 and down, figuring I had to leave something for Brother Gates' monster OS (XP). I have not dorked with the swap (page) space settings from the defaults. Maybe I better have a look.
